An established GP purchased this industrial site on High Street in Westgarth precinct to accommodate apartments for him and his family while exploring the potential of the site.
The outcome achieved 23 apartments and large commercial spaces with all associated car parks and amenities. This project achieved 6 stars and was finalist in the 2012 BPN Sustainability awards.
Among the passive design and sustainability features are the following:
