20212 BLT BUILD DESIGN aWARD: Architectural design- Residential

Royd Clan’s House at Ceres is built to provide an autonomous residence and farm for our clients. Having 3 young boys, the concept was tailored for a ludic architecture but with a contextual and environmental base.

Road barriers could be retrofitted with “ecological buffers” to cut air and noise pollution, as part of an innovative greening proposal from RMIT researchers.

NSLF/MPAVILION

The Sustainable Architecture Forum at the Australian Institute of Architects (SAF @ AIA)  has been involved with the National Sustainable Living Festival (NSLF) for the last 4 years. We provide talks, workshops, and speed dating with Architects. The purpose of this collaboration is to raise the voice of architects, connect and educate the public on sustainable and regenerative development.  

The events for 2021 NSLF and MPavilion were organized by The Sustainable Architecture Forum at the Australian Institute of Architects in collaboration with Australian Architects Declare.
