We just wanted to let you know that we think the design for the 4 townhouses looks amazing better than we anticipated!! You've outdone yourself. Thank you so much."
"Hi Nadine and John,
I am writing this letter to acknowledge the excellent work provided by level architekture>konstrukt in both
its architectural design and construction of a three-storey house in West Melbourne. Your attention to detail and ability to take all my thoughts and translate them into a visual representation and brought it to life was amazing to witness. Your work has been outstanding, words can not describe how truly appreciative I am of all that both you and John have done for me. I am in love with this house and no words can do it justice in describing the
exceptional boldness of the grand design and construction of this amazing house.
"Nadine, just as an FYI, the other builders that we engaged to provide us quotes all made glowing comments regarding the architectural design of this project and were disappointed to hear that they had missed out on the opportunity to conduct the building works, so, I just wanted to pass on that feedback to you. Well done!"
G. Rao & M. Mazocatto
“The architect immersed herself totally in this project as if it were to be her own home. She was able to interpret our basic requirements and thoughts and articulate them into the final product, which was exceptional.”
“The School has been generally very well pleased with the standard of workmanship achieved. The firm demonstrated a close level of supervision of builders and sub-contractors. In summary, the design concept was excellent. The construction was well managed; the functionality of the space meets the School’s requirements.”
St Catherine’s School
“…Her work deserves more recognition anyway; it can be as crisp as Boschler or as warm as Katsalides…. Nadine has always fought for the integrity of the design process but is well aware of the commercial and technical needs of the construction phase through her broader business…”
John Gollings, Architectural Photographer
"Dear Nadine, Congratulations on your well-deserved Sustainability Award. During my short return to the Chapter was your enthusiastic advocacy and activism in the Chapter was a highlight"
R. Stent, Past AIA president
".... and for noting to Nadine who is leading SAF - SAF has now collaborated with Policy and Advocacy Team to prepare 3 submissions over the past two months.
P. Zanatta, Advocacy and Policy Manager AIA
"Thanks, Nadine! ....also thank you for all your work for the chapter - it has been so appreciated."
Tim Leslie, State manager AIA
"Hi Nadine, Hope that you are feeling very proud of your work; effectively pulling together an Architectural Conference with no sponsors, or much support, and organizing all Eventbrite bookings etc... I think all the transcripts of the talks should be published in Architect Victoria magazine. Every single talk has been completely relevant to contemporary issues and the knowledge presented in each event needs to be amplified."
J. Sadler, Architect
“The combination of your architectural and planning skills along with John’s construction experience and eye for detail enabled this project to be completed on time and within budget.”
R. Crosby, Cromac Investments Pty Ltd
“…It’s fantastic to live in a house that “works”. We find that the spaces are in proportion and have the right “feel”, that's the only way I can describe it. …Being a builder, I come across many architects and designers, but you’re “simply the best” Thank you again”
”The two projects have been a great success. They were completed to time and budget with a great deal of attention being paid to the smallest detail to ensure the highest quality of finish.”
"We have used the services of Samaha Design and Construction on two separate projects in the last 18 months. We would have no hesitation in personally recommending them for other building and design projects. The service provided by SDC was efficient and professional throughout and it has always been a pleasure to deal directly with both John and Nadine Samaha. The two projects have been a great success. They were completed on time and budget with a great deal of attention to the smallest detail to ensure the highest of finish. We have benefited from SDC's advice and skill in improving our home and will definitely ask them for further advice and work in the future."
K. & S. Railton - Woodcock
“Nadine Samaha has consistently displayed an active interest in research, scholarship, and inquiry through regular attendance at seminars, conferences, and by participating in competitions and events. Her own practice gives evidence to a thoughtful and considered methodology that has developed into a sophisticated body of work that reflects the best opportunities available, through a small, dedicated practice. By complex interaction with client-based briefs, self – investigation, materials and construction methods, exploration, idea, innovation, and research she has often maximizing the potential for development in her practice to a more considered and thoughtful outcome.”
J. Bassani,Associate Professor
“…Just to say what an icon the new church will always be. Johnny, you have done an amazing job of which you must be really proud of. A silent and determined achiever would be the real description.”
